Brad Pierce (Vice President)

Brad Pierce is a Vice President in Nexant’s Utility Services business unit who manages a litany of Business Process services in the Salt Lake City, UT office. These services include physical application handling/retention, application processing, incentive fulfillment, check processing, customer service, and outbound sales campaigns. Under Brad’s leadership over the last 5 years, Nexant has processed and issued incentive checks totaling more than $400 million with 99.956% accuracy. So far, in 2017, we have processed $50 million incentive checks with 100% accuracy.

The key to business processing and call center delivery is to understand the unique role Nexant plays in the customer experience, as well as how that experience can be streamlined and always accurate for our clients. Brad has more than 18 years of experience developing and managing operations and customer service environments founded on these key ideals. His recent experience includes building and implementing business process and call center services for Southwest Gas Corporation’s Residential & Commercial programs; Commonwealth Edison (ComEd) & Nicor Gas’ Small Business program; as well as other clients including Salt River Project, Vectren, Columbia Gas of Virginia, JEA, Danville, Questar, and PECO Utilities.
