Esther Giezendanner (Guest Speaker, PacifiCorp)
Esther Giezendanner is currently the manager responsible for compliance, procurement and processes for Rocky Mountain Power and Pacific Power’s Customer Solutions Group which currently supports energy efficiency and demand response programs, electric vehicle programs and other customer offerings.
Esther joined the company in 1991 as an accountant. She has served in various management positions in corporate finance and demand-side management.
She received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Utah and a master’s degree in business administration from Utah State University.
During her career, she has been a member on various committees including the Utah Strategic Electronic Data Interchange Resource Group and Oregon International Accounts Payable Professionals and serving as a Board of Directors member for Utah Power Credit Union. She has been involved in significant system and process changes for the company.
