Luz Aviles (Vice President of Customer Service)
Luz Aviles is the Vice President of Customer Service for OUC – The Reliable One. She is responsible for providing strategic direction related to customer service and conservation for residential and commercial customers. Luz also leads corporate sustainability efforts for the organization.
Luz joined OUC in 1994. Since then, she has focused on serving the needs of the customers as well as the local community. Her past roles at OUC include Director of Sustainability responsible for conservation & renewables efforts and Manager of Community Relations. She is currently on the Statewide Board of Directors for Prospera and a member of the Alliance for Regional Transportation Committee of the Orlando Economic Partnership.
Luz graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She obtained her MBA from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
